Board Meeting Schedule
Regular Board Meetings
The ÈÕ±¾avÎÞÂë Board of Trustees will hold a regular meeting once a month, on the fourth Monday of each month unless otherwise noted, in the Community Event Center located at 4201 S. Hardin Blvd. in McKinney. Board agenda items will be posted on the ÈÕ±¾avÎÞÂë Central Administration doors prior to each regularly scheduled board meeting.
In an effort to maintain an orderly and respectful meeting atmosphere, signs are not permitted in the board meeting.
Board Training Meetings
The ÈÕ±¾avÎÞÂë Board of Trustees attend continuing education courses throughout the year.
Public Comment
Public comment provides an opportunity for members of the ÈÕ±¾avÎÞÂë community to address the board about a topic that may or may not be on the board meeting agenda. Speakers are allotted 1-3 minutes to speak during public comment, depending on the number of people who have signed up to speak. Any individual seeking to speak at the Regular Board meeting must complete and submit the online no later than 12 p.m. (noon) the day of the board meeting. Special called meetings may follow a different time schedule.
The public comment, or open forum, portion of board meetings takes place during the first 30 minutes of the scheduled meeting time (6 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. for regular board meetings). At the conclusion of the public comment portion of the meeting, the board will move into closed session. The open meeting will resume following closed session.
With the exception of the closed session portion of board meetings, all ÈÕ±¾avÎÞÂë board meetings are open to the public.
ÈÕ±¾avÎÞÂë Board meetings are held in the Community Event Center at ÈÕ±¾avÎÞÂë Stadium at 4201 S. Hardin Blvd., McKinney, Texas 75070.
